Shipping Policy

We offer free-shipping for all US orders except: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.(The delivery fee for these four locations will be charged an additional $30）

Shipping Method:
（1）Standard shipment method for small products via USPS, UPS and FedEx or other.
（2）Extra $25 will be charged for Expedited shipment via UPS Express.
（3）For large items, multiple items or large orders we use LTL freight.

Shipping Time:
Expedited shipping time: 2 business days delivery after order shipment.(Expedited shipping time for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: 3–6 business days）
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days.（Standard shipping time for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: 3 - 8 business days）
LTL shipping: 8-10 natural days.

Once an order has shipped we are unable to change or modify it for any reason. For orders that use the LTL shipping method, if the consignee requests to change the destination, the shipment will return to the shipper and we will issue a refund less the 20% restocking fee.

Order Processing Time: within 48 hours.

Tracking Order：
After we have shipped the order, you can track the package via the order tracking tool. lf the customer cannot be reached or does not accept delivery of the product of these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order for our discretion.

Refund Policy

Only website orders from Hillhub qualify for returns.

1.Return Time
30-day return window after delivery; only defective items accepted past 30 days.

2.Return Rules
All returns require customer service approval. Goods must stay intact with full accessories & original packaging plus purchase proof.
Buyer’s personal reason: You cover return shipping, deducted from refund.
Our fault (damaged/wrong goods): We pay all return shipping.
Damaged/incomplete items from user error only get partial refunds.
For quality damage: Send operation video to us. If factory defect confirmed, we cover all return & replacement fees.

3.Return Steps
Email (hillhub@hotmail.com） with order number, reason and product photos. We reply within 2 business days to send return address. Unapplied returns will be rejected.

4.Refund Time
Refund processed within 24hrs after inspection. Fund arrival depends on your bank. Contact us if no refund after 15 business days.

5.Fees
No restocking fees. We bear shipping only for defective products.

6.Exchange
Return the item first then reorder new goods. You pay shipping for preference exchanges like color change.

7.Order Cancellation
Free cancel before shipping; no cancel after dispatch — submit return after receipt instead.

8.Warranty
All purchases agree to our warranty, privacy and terms of service.
