We offer free-shipping for all US orders except: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. (The delivery fee for these four locations will be charged an additional $65）

Shipping Method:
(1) Standard shipment method for small products via USPS, UPS and FedEx or other.
(2) Extra $25 will be charged for Expedited shipment via UPS Express.
(3) For large items, multiple items or large orders we use LTL freight.

Shipping Time:
Expedited shipping time: 2 business days delivery after order shipment.(Expedited shipping time for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: 3–6 business days）
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days.（Standard shipping time for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: 3 - 8 business days）
LTL shipping: 8-10 natural days.

Once an order has shipped we are unable to change or modify it for any reason. For orders that use the LTL shipping method, if the consignee requests to change the destination, the shipment will return to the shipper and we will issue a refund less the 20% restocking fee.

Tracking Order：
After we have shipped the order, you can track the package via the order tracking tool. If the customer cannot be reached or does not accept delivery of the product of these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order for our discretion.

Only orders purchased via Hillhub official website are eligible for returns. Please review the terms below:

1.Return Eligibility Period

Items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Returns beyond 30 days are only accepted for quality defects.

 2.How to Request Returns

3.Order Processing & Pre-order Shipping

4.Order Cancellation Rules

• Orders can be canceled for free within 24 hours before shipment.

• Cancellation requests submitted after goods are shipped cannot be approved. If you no longer want the item, submit a return request after receiving the package.

5.Refund Method & Processing Timeline

All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Refunds take 7 working days to reflect in your account after approval. Reach out to hillhub@hotmail.com if you have refund inquiries.

6.Return & Refund Conditions

All returns require prior approval from customer service. Products must be returned in original condition with full packaging and all accessories, plus your purchase receipt.

• Buyer-caused returns: Buyer covers all return shipping fees, determined by your selected courier. Return postage will be subtracted from your refund amount. Damaged/missing items from buyer negligence only qualify for partial refunds.

• Seller-caused issues (damaged/wrong items received): We cover all return shipping costs.

• For suspected quality/transit damage: Send a product usage video to us first. If our troubleshooting videos confirm factory functional defects, we fully cover return & replacement shipping fees.

 7.Return Procedures

Email hillhub@hotmail.com with your order number, return reason and product photos. We will reply within 2 business days to confirm your return details.

We will send return shipping instructions via email once your request is approved; you may choose any logistics provider for delivery. Unauthorized returns without prior confirmation will be rejected.

8.Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

We cover return postage for quality defect returns. Customers are responsible for shipping fees for return or exchanges due to personal preferences (e.g.color).

9.Exchanges

The fastest solution is to return your current item and place a new separate order after return approval. Buyers pay shipping fees for exchanges due to personal preference (e.g. color changes).

10.Warranty Policy

By placing orders on Hillhub, you agree to this Warranty Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

We offer a 12–24 month limited warranty for water heaters. Contact hillhub@hotmail.com to file a warranty claim for product failures within the warranty period.

We will provide replacement parts, repair guides or brand-new units for damages caused by factory defective components. This warranty does not cover damage from improper human operation.
